E-residence Card of the Principality of Sabourg
In order to access all the economic services promoted by the Principality of Sabourg, the e-residence card has been created, a card equivalent to the Italian tax code, which can be requested by those who wish to become digital residents.
Requirements for obtaining the Sabourg e-residence card.
All European and non-European citizens aged 21 or over can apply for the e-residence card.
The application procedure requires the resident to provide their personal details, identity document or passport, proof of residence, and a sworn statement that they have never been convicted of a criminal offense.

There are different levels of e-residence cards depending on the applicant's needs and the activities the resident wishes to carry out in the Principality of Sabourg.
Each level has associated benefits. Each level has a one-time registration fee and an annual renewal fee for the card and the services associated with it.
Bronze Level
Benefits: issuance of the e-residence card, access to the D.V.S. for the registration of vehicles, boats, and aircraft owned by the resident. Activation of an email address in the resident's name on the sabourg.sbs domain (e.g., mario.rossi@sabourg.sbs). Possibility to apply for a young card for children under 21 years of age at the sole cost of issuing the card, which is €30.

Silver Level
Benefits: all the benefits of the bronze level and free one-year membership to the following clubs: Automobile Club of Seborga, Yacht Club of Sabourg, and Aero Club of Sabourg.
Registration fee: €1,000
Gold Level
Benefits: all the benefits of the Bronze and Silver levels. Possibility to apply for citizenship in Sabourg after 5 renewals. Membership in the Golden Club of future citizens of Sabourg.
Registration fee: €10,000
Platinum Level
Benefits: all the benefits of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. One-year membership in the Business Club of Sabourg. Opportunity to participate in Sabourg's international cooperation projects.
Registration fee: €20,000

E-residence card renewal
Upon annual expiry of the e-residence card, there is a renewal fee that will be set each year by the Sabourg Ministry of Finance.
Club membership renewal
Below are the costs for renewing annual club membership:
Seborga Automobile Club: €500
Sabourg Yacht Club: €1,500
Sabourg Aero Club: €3,000
Renewal of all three clubs: €4,000
